The photograph has the feel of the old US Detective magazine covers. The only thing missing is the face of the model.

The color differences between the bed covering, boots, stockings, skirt, rope, and hair give the picture a digital manipulated feeling. To me, from looking at the flooring and walls, I feel like the photograph has not been digitally minipulated.

As to the subject of the photograph. I like stricter bondage. The elbow tie is not very effective and could be easily loosened by the model. The crotch rope implies some level of sexual assault. Given the detective magazine appeal, I would have liked to see the ankles either fully tied or at the minimum the ankles hobbled.

Still, all in all, great composition and use of contrasting colors and patterns.
